One of my college roommates shares a lot of the same cleverness that I enjoy. She was an English major like I was, enjoys painting (...pretty much, self-taught), and is pretty crafty as well--I guess that's why we got along so well as roommates. She grew-up in Tennessee and, I think, this affects a lot of her style.
Anyway, her husband is pretty handy as well. He made her the coolest mantel when they moved into their new house and, more recently, they collaborated on these wonderful picture frames.
Since I just can't help myself when I see something that's cute and handmade, I wanted to share it with you all as well.
I think a frame like this would look cute in any room of the house, but especially in a child's room.
